Membership to the Hi2 Support Zone can be achieved by buying Hi2 products or Registering in Support zone. As part of Hi2's sales supports service all customers and registerd users are given a unique Username and Password, which entitles access to specific support areas relevant to the products purchased.
As more products are purchased, membership to the Support Zone expands to incorporate information and documentation for new products and services.
All of your personal details are confidential and your Username will not reflect your business identity giving you anonymity and security while using the Support Zone and when posting or replying to messages.
The Hi2 Support Zone gives complete after-sales support for all Hi2 products providing the most comprehensive and user-friendly service available.
